Our people are our most valuable asset. Their health and safety are our highest priority. We foster a “think safe, work safe” culture where every team member is empowered to stop work if conditions are unsafe.

We begin every team meeting with a Think Safe Share — a short safety message or lesson that keeps safety top of mind every day. This proactive approach ensures everyone returns home safely at the end of each shift.

Health & Wellbeing

We support the physical and mental wellbeing of our team through an inclusive health and wellness culture. Our wellbeing program includes access to a national portal, a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and regular initiatives promoting healthy lifestyles.

Safety is our core value. Every individual at Blackstone Maintenance, regardless of role or location, shares the responsibility to maintain a safe workplace.

Our maintenance team is also skilled in electrical maintenance, smoke detector battery replacement, and change smoke alarm battery services, ensuring compliance and safety in every property we work on.

With the right tools, information, and support, our team is empowered to maintain a culture where safety is paramount. Our regular Think Safe Share meetings reinforce this commitment consistently.

Environmental Responsibility

We actively reduce our environmental footprint at every site and in every community we serve. From effective waste management and recycling to using sustainable products and practices, environmental stewardship is embedded in our service delivery.

This includes services such as rubbish removal from vacant land, helping clients maintain clean and hazard-free environments.

Our sustainability efforts align with our partners’ environmental goals, ensuring we protect natural resources while delivering high-performance maintenance services.
